About the wood

Sandalwood's scent lives in the heartwood, not the leaves or the bark, so the tree has to reach several decades of age before it's worth anything aromatically. That single fact is why sandalwood costs more than the other oils in this range, and why where it comes from matters.

Luffa, or a cotton pad — a drop or two, tucked into a drawer, a wardrobe or the car.
